As one of the PAC sponsored activities for Tyler's school, we got tickets to a Lowell Spinners home game on June 20th. This is a single A minor league team, and as such, rookies often start here, move up to the double A Portland Seadogs, and from there go on to the Pawtucket Red Sox before making it to the big league. So who knows? Maybe we were watching future Red Sox players.
Raine caught one of the practice foul balls, but was too chicken to go get it signed by a player, so Tyler did it for her.
Wade Boggs was up in the snack shack pouring beer and signing autographs. Jay got Raine's baseball signed for her, and got me a beer while he was at it. Didn't taste any better with Wade pouring it.
