Many, many years ago, we wrote to the Easter Bunny and asked him if he would mind hiding Easter eggs in our yard for the kids to find. Now each year the Easter Bunny stops by in the wee hours of the morning, before the sun is even up, to hide eggs. On Easter morning the kids wake up early and go find their Easter baskets. Then they remove the stuff from their baskets, and we all go out and hunt Easter eggs in our pajamas. It was still very cold and blustery here, so the kids quickly found all their eggs, despite there being tons to find, and we headed back into the warmth of the house.
